Privacy notice

What we collect when you send a request, and why.

What we collect

Your name, email, optional phone number, the details you write about your drawing or event, and any reference or inspiration photos you upload.

Why

Only to review your request, contact you about it, prepare a quotation, and — if you go ahead — create the drawing or plan the event. We don't sell your details or use your photos publicly without your separate permission.

How it's stored

Requests and photos are kept in private storage that only Davina Artz's authorised team can access. Photos are never published from this form.

Deletion

You can ask for your request and photos to be deleted by messaging us with your request reference on WhatsApp. Some records (for example, of completed paid work) may need to be kept for business recordkeeping as required by law.
